Docker Park Farm

From being very small, every spring my mum would take us to a little nearby farm and it is one of my favourite memories of growing up. I hadn’t thought much about the place since becoming a mamma, but when one of my fellow mummy friends suggested a day out, we jumped at the chance to go along and begin our own little tradition. I can see it becoming much more frequent than an annual visit.

We had a lovely time, visiting all the animals and playing in the indoor and outdoor play areas. I took the pram along with us, but decided to risk it and leave it in the car, sebastian had great fun charging around with his friends, running between all the animals, and “cluck-clucking” at all the roaming hens. So there is less of my ramblings and more of our memories today.

My wonderful little boy had a smile on his face all day and as he pointed out all the different animals, making the right noises for each one, filling me with pride. Each time we go and have a new experience it shocks me how much he has grown up, he is so confident and fearless. Watching him turning into a little boy before my very eyes, no longer a cuddly baby, clinging onto me, I love the little person he is becoming, and it makes me excited for our next adventure together
